Scalability Data, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") operates the Sparta fitness platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Name and email address (via Google OAuth or direct registration)
• Sport, weight class, and fitness profile data you provide

Health Information (Optional)

• Height, weight, blood type
• Medications, allergies, injury history
• Medical clearance status and physician information
• Any additional health notes you choose to share

Health data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption with a per-client derived key. It is accessible only to you and your designated Trainer.

Workout & Performance Data

• Exercise logs, sets, reps, and weight lifted
• RPE (rate of perceived exertion) ratings
• Personal records and one-rep maxes
• Session notes and coach communications

Technical Information

• Device type, browser, and operating system
• IP address and approximate location
• Usage patterns and feature interactions

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and deliver the Sparta platform
• To enable your Trainer to view your progress and design your programs
• To provide messaging between you and your Trainer
• To calculate and display your workout history and personal records
• To send service-related communications
• To maintain platform security and prevent fraud
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Your Trainer

Your Trainer can view your workout logs, performance data, messages, and — if you choose to provide it — your health record. This access is inherent to the coaching relationship and the core function of the platform.

Service Providers

We use Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure. Data is processed in accordance with their privacy terms. We do not share your data with advertising networks.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, users, or the public.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for sensitive health data. Access controls limit who can view your information.

NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET OR ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS COMPLETELY SECURE. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your Trainer relationship ends, your data remains accessible to you. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@scalabilitydata.com. Some data may be retained as required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

8. Children's Privacy

Sparta is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and platform operation. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. For users in the European Union or California, additional rights may apply. Contact us for more information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
